Richard James Logan

Richard James Logan, born 5-14-1918 in San Francisco to John and Eda Logan (Kalbe), died 2-25-12 in Carmichael, CA. Proud veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict. He is preceded in death by son Ronald Reynolds, brother Walter, sisters Julia, Juanita and Verna. Left to mourn his loss is his beloved wife Patricia, daughter in law Michele Reynolds, granddaughter Christine Walker, grandson Brian Reynolds, great granddaughter Brittany Hurst, sister in law Ivy Cardinaux, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be held Thursday 3-1-12, 2pm at Mt Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA with a reception to follow. A private burial will be held Friday 3-2-12 10am at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, CA. The family wishes to thank the staff of Carmichael Care Facility for their care and kindness. A very special thank you to UC Davis Hospice Program for their care and support during this very sad period.
