

Ronald Talbert Vincent was born to Charles and Edna Vincent in Glendale, CA on Jun 19th 1943. He died October 5, 2011 in La Jolla California. Ron made his choice to serve God in 1959 when he was 15 years old and served him faithfully throughout the years.
As a child Ron first lived in Los Angeles, CA, then moved to Sacramento, CA, where he graduated from El Camino High School in 1961. Ron married Melanie on October 26, 1963. Ron served in Vietnam as a combat medic and was severely injured in the fall of 1967. After spending a year recovering in the Army Hospital, Ron went on to college where he earned a bachelor's degree in drafting and design from Chico State University. Ron raised his family in Cameron Park and one of the joys in Ron's life was having a Sunday meeting in his home for twenty four years.
Ron is survived by his wife Melanie M Vincent; his children son Ronald Talbert Vincent II and his wife Karen; his son Brent Edward Vincent and daughter Megan and her husband Daniel Tomlin; sister-in-law Alees Langford; mother Edna Vincent; brother Steve Vincent, sisters Janet Sandera and Judy Hampton; his five grandchildren, Stillman and Torianna Tomlin, Stephen, Morgan and Mariah Vincent; cousins, nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2011 at Mt. Vernon Mortuary, 8201 Greenback Ln. Fair Oaks, CA. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Maidu Hall, 1550 Maidu Dr. Roseville, CA. with interment to follow at Mount Vernon.
