A public visitation for Russell will be held Monday, March 2, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Ln, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 2, 2020 from 12:45 PM to 2:00 PM at Mount Vernon. A reception will be held immediately following the service in Mount Vernon's main bldg. 2nd floor.
