

Adan Saenz Ramirez, Sr., was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on July 16, 2015 at the age of 71. He was born on Septmeber 7, 1943 to Jose Ramirez and Maria Saenz Ramirez in Palito Blanco , Texas. He married Maria Anita Sada Ramirez on December 27, 1969 and over the years they had seven children. He is survived hy his loving his wife, Maria Anita Ramirez; his children, Adan Jr. (Chris) Ramirez , Annette Ramirez (Frankie Leal), Amy (Joe) Tolentino, Adrian (Monica) Ramirez, Andy Ramirez (Natalie Cadena), Ana Ramirez (Ricardo Vargas), Aaron Ramirez and JOJO Moreno (Ninfa Soliz); 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was an avid #1 Washington Redskins fan. He will be remembered as an outstanding individual, kind intelligent and loved his family and sports. He was a life long educator and mentor. He coached acedemics in the classroom and also on the field. He molded professionalism and good manners. A gentleman with positive words and a contagious smile. He will be cherished and missed by many, including his loving wife, family and others that he took in as family as well. (His softball team families along the years-Los Amigos and DemBoyz)
Pallbearers will be Joe Tolentino, Aaron Ramirez, Andy Ramirez, Adrian Ramirez, Arturo Ramirez and Jose Moreno.
Holy rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2015 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at the Magnolia Cemetery in Mirando City, Texas
