Adela Solis Ramos

Adela Ramos, 90, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012, at her residence in Falfurrias, TX. She was born on November 15, 1921 to Francisco Solis and Santos Lopez Solis in Gonzalez, TX. She was a housewife.

Mrs. Ramos is preceded in death by her parents, husband Guadalupe O. Ramos, daughter Simona Ramos, brother Juan Solis, and sister Olga Zapata.

She is survived by her four sons, Israel Ramos, Raymundo Ramos, Pedro (Belen) Ramos, and Juan Martin (Martha) Ramos all of Falfurrias, TX, four daughters, Dora A. (Rosendo) Martinez of Falfurrias, TX, Rosalinda Ramos of San Antonio, TX, Maria Del Rosario Ramos, and Hermelinda R. (Juan Jose) Longoria all of Falfurrias, TX, sister, Rachel Sierra of Finley, Ohio, 28 grandchildren and 59 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.

Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 16, 2012 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Falfurrias, with visitation starting at 2:00 p.m.

Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias, TX.

Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
