Alberto "Wero" Rosas, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at his residence in Falfurrias, Texas, at the age of 41. He was born on August 1, 1983, to Alberto Rosas, Sr. and Amelia Perez in Falfurrias. Wero was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan who loved barbecuing and spending time with his family. He had a vibrant personality and was always the life of the party. He enjoyed fishing and creating memories with his children.
Wero is preceded in death by his father, Alberto Rosas, Sr.; his grandparents, Amancio Rosas, Sr., Elida Longoria Rosas, and Petra Perez; as well as his sister, Benita Jolin Rosas Garza, and his brother, Gerardo "Gary" Rosas.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories his mother, Amelia Perez of Falfurrias; fiancé, Samantha Jo Salinas of Falfurrias; sons, Christopher (Brittany) Rosas of Falfurrias, Alberto Rosas, III of San Antonio, Texas, Derek Rosas, Anthony Rosas, Eliseo Rosas and Ezekiel Rosas all of Falfurrias; daughters, Emily (Marco) Rosas of Conroe, Texas and Chloe Rosas of Kingsville, Texas; brothers, Arnulfo Rosas of Falfurrias and Michael (Stephanie) Rosas of Hebbronville, Texas; sisters, Debra (Noel) Rosas and Pauline (Edgar) Rosas both of Falfurrias, Crystal (Marlena) Rosas of Premont, Texas and Anita (Manuel) Rosas of Falfurrias; five grandchildren, Evelynn Garcia, Emma Garcia, Macy Garcia, Elias Rosas and Carly Rosas and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Michael Rosas, Christopher Rosas, Anthony Rosas, Derek Rosas, Gerardo Rosas Jr., Tino Rosas Jr., Jose Ortiz and Romeo Galindo. Honorary Pallbearers are Ezekiel Rosas and Eliseo Rosas.
Rosary will be prayed at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with Visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Funeral Outside Of Mass will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias. Services will conclude with Burial at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
