Alvaro was not only a great husband, but a loving father, son, brother and grandfather. He loved his family like no other. He was an avid hunter of nature and adored spending his time outdoors at his little ranch, Frijolio, with his family. He was a great person, who loved to talk and socialize with the people around him. He always found a way to make conversation. Chale worked for countless years in the oilfield, serving 35 years as a pulley machine operator for McRae Well Service, 15 years as a gauger for Venus Patrol and 14 years as a security gate guard for Conoco Phillips.
