Baldemar "Sonny" Benavides, 46 passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2010. He was born in Alice,Tx to Valdemar and Emmy Morales Benavides. He is preceded in death by his father Valdemar Benavides. Sonny is survived by his sons David (Nina) Benavides and Christopher Benavides; daughter Krista Benavides all of Corpus Christi; mother Emmy Benavides of Hebbronville; brother Jaime (Nora) Benavides of Hebbronville; sisters Patty (Robert) Rangel of Freer and Sonya (Antonio) Vira of Corpus Christi; 2 grandchildren Makayla and Carlos Baldemar
