Beatriz G. Trad

Beatriz G. Trad 87 passed away Monday Feb. 25, 2014 at a Kingsville Hospital. She was born October 20, 1926 to Jose G. Cantu and Patrocinia Canales Garza in the town of Falfurrias, TX.  Beatriz was a receptionist with the Brooks County Extension Agency before her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents, her huband John Trad, a daughter Tara-Gene Trad and a half sister Vicenta Cantu. Beatriz is survived by her children Jo Ann Trad of Falfurrias, TX, John Richard Trad of San Antonio, TX, Laida Marie Trad of Houston, TX, Margaret Gayle Trad of Falfurrias, TX, Mary Katherine Trad Opromollo of San Antonio, TX, Patrick Matthew Trad of San Antonio, TX and Teresa Trad Latouf of Houston, TX. Also surviving are a brother Jose H. Garza of Falfurrias, TX, a sister in law Fita Garza of Falfurrias, TX and  eight grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Thursday February 27, 2014 with a Rosary being prayed at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday February 28, 2014 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
