Celia Leonor "Lolita" P. Escobedo

Celia Leonor "Lolita" P. Escobedo 86, passed away Monday, September 17, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Agua Nueva, TX on May 11, 1926. She was a housewife. She was preceded in death by her husband Francisco Escobedo and her parents Tomas Perez and Cleotilde R. Perez. Her brothers Casimiro, Jesus and Tomas Perez Jr., and sisters Manuela P. Garza and Cleotilde P. Lopez. She is survived by hers sons Eliseo (Mary) Escobedo of Bay Town, Cesar M. Escobedo and Jose L. Escobedo, her daughter Cynthia E. (Jesse) Villarreal, her stepson Francisco X. (Estela) Escobedo, step daughter Edwina R. Escobedo all of Hebbronville, her daughter-in-law Susana (+Leonel) Escobedo, her grandchildren Yvonne E. Weaver, Frank X. Escobedo Jr., Benjamin E. Escobedo, George E. Escobedo, Jonathan R. Escobedo, Elia E. Escobedo, Sandra N. Villarreal and Carlos J. Villarreal, her great grandchildren Alyssa G. Weaver, Christina R. Escobedo, Francisco X. Escobedo III and Ilan X. Escobedo, her sisters-in-law Hulda E. Huerta, Idalia Perez and Herlinda Perez, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Holy rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery
