Edward C. Acevedo

Edward Cavazos Acevedo passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 in Houston, Texas at the age of 55. He was born on January 11, 1960 to Epifanio G. Acevedo and Clodin Cavazos Acevedo in Hebbronville, Texas. Edward worked as a Floor Hand for over 10 years with Nabors Oilfield Company until he became disabled. He was preceded in death by his mother, Clodin Acevedo. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his father, Epifanio G. Acevedo of Hebbronville; wife, Maria Jimenez of Hebbronville; stepchildren, Maria Tapia, Jessica Gonzalez, Samantha Gonzalez, Isabel G. Landeros, Jesus Landeros, Jr., Rolando Rios, Jr. and Ashley Nicole Jimenez; nine siblings, Lorenza Cavazos of Robstown, Texas, Epinfanio (Cathi) Acevedo of Washington, George (Beatrice) Acevedo, Janie (Frank) Cantu of New Mexico, Esther (Enrique) Enriquez of Oregon, Benny (Patricia) Acevedo of Rosenberg, Sarah Acevedo of Oregon, Joe (Stella) Acevedo of Arizona and Daniel (Lette) Acevedo of Rio Grande and 30 nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with visitation to begin at 9:00 a.m. Services will conclude with a burial at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
