Elenie Norelle Jacinto, 6, was granted her angel wings on Sunday afternoon, July 13, 2014 following a lifelong illness. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends whom she touched in some way throughout her short, yet very memorable life. She was born on October 9, 2007 in Laredo, Texas to Joe G. Jacinto and Sivonney A. Molina.
Elenie recently graduated Kindergarten and had a gentle smile that would melt the hearts of those around her. Athough she spoke no words, her voice and thoughts could always be heard. With her courage, strength, perseverance, and an ability to overcome incredible odds and physical challenges, she led us to believe that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories. The memories we have of her will remain in our hearts forever and she will be dearly missed.
Elenie was welcomed into Heaven by her twin sister, Enelyse Jacinto and her paternal grandparents, Jose Jacinto and Enedelia Jacinto. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her father, Joe G. Jacinto of McAllen, Texas; mother, Sivonney A. (Jacob Mills) Molina of Laredo; brothers, Christopher and Daniel Jacinto of Dallas, Texas; maternal grandparents, Juan and Irma Molina of Hebbroville, Texas; three uncles, Juan (Angela) Molina, Jr. of Laredo, Tom Lee (Roxanna) Molina of Victoria, Texas and Juan Carlos Molina of Hebbronville; two aunts, JoAnn Jacinto of El Paso, Texas and Irvette (Eulogio) Mendoza of Rio Grande City, Texas and numerous cousins.
Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with Visitation beginning at 4:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 18, 2014 at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
