Emma G. Nino

Emma G. Nino entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at a hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 82. She was born on December 9, 1934 to Leonardo Nallo Garcia and Adelina Leal Garcia in Falfurrias. She was wonderful and loving housewife, mother, grandmother, aunt, daughter, sister, cousin and friend. She loved to cook and spend time with her family. She will always be remembered for how loving and compassionate she was. Her family is forever grateful for the wonderful and dedicated caregiver that she was. Emma was welcomed into Heaven by her parents; her husband, Ramon Nino, Sr.; sons, Javier Nino and Reyes Nino; brother, Hector Garcia and sister, Nancy G. Luna. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her four sons, Reynaldo (Gloria) Nino of Falfurrias, Ramon Nino, Jr. of Kingsville, Texas, Armando (Cynthia) Nino of Alice, Texas and Arturo (Lupita) Nino of Falfurrias; two daughters, Yolanda (Roberto) Gutierrez and Maricela Nino both of Falfurrias; three brothers, Lupe (Alicia)Garcia of Kingsville, Rodolfo Garcia of Falfurrias and Ruben Garcia of Houston, Texas; five sisters, Lydia (Rene) Villa of Falfurrias, Celia (Emilio) Escobar of Premont, Texas, Esmeralda Perez and Herminia “Minnie” Perez both of Kingsville, Texas and San Juanita Garcia of Falfurrias; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and one on the way and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. Pallbearers will be Juan Sarmiento, Mikey Sarmiento, Ramon Nino, III, Armando Nino, Jr., Christopher Nino, Christian Nino, Benave Fuentes, Arturo Nino, Jr, and Amy Sotuyo. Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias. Burial will follow at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
