Estevan Ivan Perez

Estevan Ivan Perez entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 21, 2025, in Hebbronville, Texas, at the age of 33. He was born on June 22, 1992 to Adolfo "Freddy" Perez Sr. and Cecilia Maribell M. Perez in Laredo, Texas.

Estevan enjoyed making memories with his loved ones on family vacations. He loved to smile and have a good time. He was a good father to his three children, putting them first for everything, and always being present at their sports and school activities. He was also an avid Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros Fan. He committed everyday to being with his family and he loved his wife and children beyond what words can express.

He is preceded in death by his father, and maternal grandmother, Nena Martinez.

Estevan leaves behind many fond memories that will forever be treasured by his wife, Zina Mondragon; children, Bryson Perez, Jaxson Perez, and Kylin Perez; mother, Cecilia Maribell Perez; brothers, Adolfo (Tracy) Perez Jr. and Elias Oziel Perez; aunts, Lilly Perez and San Juanita Sauceda; cousins, Venessa Carreon, Victoria Sauceda, and Arnoldo Saucedo Jr. all of Hebbronville.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be prayed at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams Chapel in Hebbronville.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
