Esther G. Salinas

Esther G. Salinas was welcomed into the gates of Heaven on Saturday, January 30, 2016 in Laredo, Texas at the age of 86. She was born on May 29, 1929 in Hebbronville, Texas to Ernesto Guerra and Aurora Ramos Guerra. She was a housewife. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Efrain Salinas; son, Efrain Salinas, Jr. and brother, Ernesto Guerra, Jr.

She leaves behind to cherish her wonderful memories her son, Roberto (Debra) Salinas of Hebbronville; daughters, Velma (Harry) Goodwin of McAllen, Texas, Marianela (Bernard) Delgado of San Antonio, Texas, Dahlia (John) Forbes of Hebbronville, Arabela (Rolando) Moreno of Hebbronville and Aracelia (Raul) Rocha of Hebbronville; brothers, Casimiro (Rumalda) Guerra of Kingsville, Texas and Gilberto (Elma) Guerra of Hebbronville, sisters, Elmina (+Carlos) Herrera, Imelda (+Manuel) Diaz and Francisca (Charles) Lazusky all of Hebbronville; 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Salinas, Eden Rocha, JonAvy Canales, Sara Moreno, Eddie Rocha and Carlo Salinas.

Family will begin receiving friends at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with rosary to be prayed at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Services will conclude with burial at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
