He was born on September 4, 1968 in Falfurrias, Texas to Reynaldo C. Gutierrez and Maria L. Gamez Gutierrez.
Fermin is preceded in death by his parents.
He leaves behind many fond memories that will be forever be treasured by his wife, Rosario Gutierrez; son, Fermin Gutierrez Jr.; daughter, Jessica (Adolfo Jr.) Salazar; mother of his children, Lisa Almaraz; brothers, Leonardo (Ester) Gutierrez, Fernando (Letty) Gutierrez and Reynaldo (ELena) Gutierrez; sisters, Oralia (Sergio ) Gutierrez and Victoria (Adam) Contreras all of Hebbronville; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and many extended family members.
Visitation will start all 9:00 a.m. with a Holy Rosary to be prayed at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
