Genoveva M. Sweatt, 92 passed away Monday, October 11, 2010. She was born on October 6, 1918 in Laredo, TX to Tito Moreno and Francisca Rodriguez. She was a County Auditor for Jim Hogg County before her retirement. Genoveva is preceded in death by her parents; husband Edgar Sweatt; son David Sweatt; daughters Norma Rodriguez & Famelisa Soliz; brothers & sister. She is survived by her sons Cesar Sweatt of San Antonio & Edgar Sweatt of Houston, TX, daughters Noemi (Arnoldo) Almaraz, Laura (Rodemiro) Farias & Sylvia (Lauro) Ramos all of Hebbronville; brother Hernan Moreno of Hebbronville; sister Magdalena Montalvo of Corpus Christi; 21 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren

Rosary will be prayed at 7pm Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am Friday, October 15, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Aaron Sweatt, Odell Farias, Bobby Farias. Rance Campbell, Johnny Soliz, Ricardo Rodriguez, Arnoldo Almaraz Jr., and David Sweatt

Honorary pallbearers will be Ramon Moreno, Alex Solis, Jason Sweatt, Marty Rodriguez & Oscar Almaraz
