Hortencia Doria Garza entered her eternal life on Monday, June 23, 2025 at her residence in Falfurrias, Texas at the age of 91. She was born on October 10, 1933 in Mexico. She worked as a cook for several different ranches throughout her lifetime and was a great seamstress. She loved to sew her own dresses and tend to her yard and plants. She absolutely loved her beloved dog, Rosie.
Hortencia leaves behind many fond memories that will forever be cherished by all family and close friends.
A Rosary will be prayed at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with Visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.
