Ignacia G. Gonzalez, 88, passed away March 8, 2011 in Laredo. She was a housewife. She was born on March 28, 1922 to Jorge Garcia and Refugia Perez in El Sauz, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Juan Gonzalez; brothers Adan, Antonio and Celedino Garcia; sisters Emma Garcia, Eva Gonzalez, and Manuela

Garcia; a granddaughter and a great grandson;

She is survived by her sons Juan (Melissa) Gonzalez Jr. of Kingsville and George (Gloria) Gonzalez of Hebbronville; daughters Elda (Emilo) Perez of Laredo and Maricela (Raul) Gonzalez of Hebbronville; sisters Lile Barrera of Robstown, Zulema Munoz of San Antonio and Idolina Escobar of Dallas; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren

Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm Thursday, March 10, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am Friday, March 11, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church

Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Gabriel Ruiz Jr., Javiel Ruiz, Joel Ruiz, Eduardo Ruiz, Juan Gonzalez III, Jorge Luis Garza Jr., and Jorge Gonzalez Jr.
