Israel Morales

Israel Morales enter into eternal rest on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his family at the age of 86. He was born on November 10, 1938 in Agua Nueva, Texas to Ildefonso Morales and Manuela Mendez Morales. He served in the United States Army and was self-employed.

Israel is preceded in death by his parents; son, Israel Morales Jr.; and brothers, Cirildo Morales, Arnoldo Morales, and Baldemar Morales.

He leaves behind many fond memories that will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Elva Isabel Morales; son, Isael (Kathy) Morales; daughter, Maribel (Tim) Deming all of Hebbronville; sisters, Esmeralda Farias of Premont, Texas, and Esperanza Johnson of Goliad, Texas; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many extended families.

Serving as Pallbearers will be James Deming, Ryan Deming, Isael Morales II, and Gavin Merritt.

Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with Visitation beginning at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will be follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Interment will be at the Greenhill Cemetery in Jim Hogg County.
