Our beloved father, Javier G. Carrizales Sr. entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at the age of 89. He was born on February 6, 1936 in Pearsall, Texas to Manuel Carrizales and Francisca Garza Carrizales.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Genoveva Carrizales and great grandson, Christian Andres Carrizales.
Javier leaves behind many fond memories that will forever be treasured by his sons, Javier (Leticia) Carrizales Jr. of Hebbronville, Homer (Mari) Carrizales of Schertz and Derly (Carmen) Carrizales of Bruni; daughters, Aminta (Rolando) Falcon of Bruni and Velma Carrizales Marin of Kingsville; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; many extended family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Javier Carrizales III, Jacob Falcon, Rolando Falcon Jr., Derly Carrizales Jr., Daniel Marin and Randall Ivey.
Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 16, 2025 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville with a Holy Rosary to be prayed at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will be at the Greenhill Cemetery.
