Jesus R. Hernandez, 69,was called home by the Lord on Friday, June 7, 2013 in Spring, Tx . He was born on August 30, 1943 to Jesus Hernandez and Natividad Reyna Hernandez in Hebbronville, TX . He was an Educator before his retirement.

Jesus was welcomed into the gates of Heaven by his parents, brothers, Ramon, Rolando and Roel Hernandez, sisters Lucinda Diaz and Maria Garza

Jesus leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife Eva P. Hernandez of Hebbronville, TX. his children Jesse (Bettina) Hernandez of Hebbronville,TX., Selina (Rey) Chapa of Spring, TX. And Veronica (Ray) Garza of Ricardo, TX., brother Reymundo Hernandez of Tulso, AZ., grandchildren Elizabeth Molina, Moses Molina, Ana Victoria Chapa, Michael Molina, Rey Chapa III, Ray Anthony Garza II, Ava Lauren Garza, Jesse Hernandez, Jr., Eden Gallardo and Emma Hernandez

Visitation will be at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church

Burial will follow at the Greenhill Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Michael Molina, Moses Molina, Rey Chapa III, Ray Anthony Garza II, Eden Gallardo, Tony Flores, Tony Salinas, Ramiro Hernandez, Baldemar Garza and Valentine Colunga.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Reymundo Hernandez, Heberto Vasquez and Jesse Hernandez Jr.
