Jose "Loli" L. Guardian Sr.

Jose L. “Loli” Guardian Sr. earned his angel wings on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at a hospital in Laredo, Texas, surrounded by his family, at the age of 67. He was born on September 23, 1957 in Indiana, Michigan to Juan Guardian and Antonia U. Guardian.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Armando Guardian.

Loli leaves behind many fond memories that will forever be treasured by his wife, Norma Linda Guardian; children, Lisa Guardian, Jose Luis Guardian Jr., and Sara Lee (Jacob Natividad) Guardian; siblings, Yolanda Salazar, Juan Guardian and Javier “Titi” Guardian all of Hebbronville; grandchildren, Jayden Guardian, Cailey Guardian, Aubree Garcia and Brandon Guardian and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville with a Holy Rosary to be prayed at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will be at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
