Leroy Lee Salinas

Leroy Lee Salinas passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at a hospital in Edinburg, Texas at the age of 46. He was born on September 14, 1973 to Oscar Figueroa Salinas Sr. and Delia Cantu Salinas in Falfurrias, Texas. Leroy worked as a builder in the construction industry for many years and was the owner and operator of his own construction business. He loved fishing and roosters and enjoyed family time.

Leroy is preceded in death by his infant son, Jose Maria Salinas and his brother, Mark Anthony Salinas.

He is survived by his wife, Celicia Lee Longoria of Edinburg; two sons, Leroy Salinas, Jr. and Michael Salinas both of Edinburg; father, Oscar F. (Rosalva) Salinas, Sr. of McAllen, Texas; mother, Delia Cantu (Victor) Garcia of Mission, Texas; brothers, Oscar (Sylvia) Salinas, Jr. of Mission, Tony Salinas of McAllen, Christopher Salinas of Indiana and Jose Salinas of McAllen; two sisters, Stephanie (Israel Callejas) Salinas of Liberty Hill, Texas and Alondra Salinas of McAllen and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.

Prayer Service will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with Visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias. Burial will follow at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
