Marciano A. Rodriguez Jr., 84 passed away Saturday April 21, 2012 at a Corpus Christi Nursing Home. Marciano was born May 28, 1927 in Encino, TX to Marciano and Petra Bayarena Rodriguez. He was a WWII Army veteran and had worked for ALCOA before his retirement. Mr. Rodriguez was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Isabel Rodriguez and a daughter Maria Imelda Villarreal. Marciano is survived by a son and daughter in law Albert and Dora Rodriguez of Corpus Christi, TX, three grandchildren Cynthia Villarreal (Frank) Garcia, Michael (Erica) Rodriguez and Lisa Rodriguez, three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday April 23, 2012 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday April 24, 2012 at the St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Lucero Cemetery in Encino, TX.
