Maria E. Garza

Our beloved Maria E. Garza, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 25, 2025 in Hebbronville, Texas at the age of 73. She was born on April 24, 1952 in Alice, Texas to Arturo G. Ramirez and Gregoria Benavides Ramirez.

Maria worked as a beautician/barber in Hebbronville for many years before her retirement.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Armando A. Garza; brother, Eduardo Rene Ramirez, and stepson, Marcus Garza.

Mary leaves behind many memories that will be treasured by her sister, Lydia R. Garza of Hebbronville; brother, Arturo David (Carmela Solis) Ramirez of San Antonio, Texas; stepsons, Armando (Jessica) Garza Jr. of San Jose, California and Michael (Laura) Garza of Hebbronville; stepdaughter, Cynthia (Eyder) Peralta of Mexico City; 11 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Ramon Garza III, Arturo Rene Garza, Alberto Eden Torres, Nathan Daniel Garza, Braeden Michael Garza, and Arturo David Ramirez.

Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with Visitation beginning at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Burial will be at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
