He is preceded in death by his parents; Placido Jose Carreon and Eudelia Guerrero Carreon; maternal grandparents, Benigno and Juana Longoria Guerrero; paternal grandparents, Arturo and Paula Huerta Carreon.
Noe leaves behind many precious memories that will forever be treasured by his daughter, Victoria Lynn (Lucio) Baez of Hebbronville; sister, Noemi Eudelia Gill of Laredo; 4 grandchildren; other brothers, sisters and numerous extended family members.
Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. with visitation starting at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams, Hebbronville. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
