Cantu, Gonzalez, Ramirez, Villarreal, Molina and all extended family members,

We are very sorry to hear of Orlando’s passing and we offer all of you our deepest condolences. Orlando was not only my Class of 1976 member, but also a fellow teammate in several sports. I remember throwing the football to him many times in practice and in real football games. One of the routes we often connected on in football games was a hook in (or buttonhook) which was for ten yards. He had good hands and he was also a very good/tough defensive end. He was very quiet and was not boastful. He was a very good teammate that we could count on. He played hard for the people of Hebbronville and for our school. We are going to miss you Orlando. I look forward to throwing you the football in heaven should we both be allowed into heaven’s pearly gates. I have been praying for your soul and for your family. May God bless you and your family always my friend.
Respectfully,

Mr. & Mrs. David O. Ramirez & Sons
San Angelo, TX
