Raquel G. Salinas, 89, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2012 at a hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on August 26, 1922 to Rosendo Garcia and Paula Contreras Garcia in Falfurrias, Texas. She was a housewife. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ruben D. Salinas and all her siblings. She is survived by her loving son, Danny Salinas of Falfurrias and numerous nieces and nephews. A private burial will take place at a later date.
