Ruben Ruiz

Ruben Ruiz, 91, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at his residence. He was born on September 15, 1920 in Mexico. He was a retired Custodian for the JHCISD. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Maria Concepcion Chavera, bother Juan Ruiz and sister Concepcion Ruiz. Ruben is survived by his wife Maria Inez Ruiz of Hebbronville, step daughter Valentina Castaneda of Hebbronville, sons Ruben (Anna) Ruiz Jr. of Hebbronville, Ricardo (Devon) Ruiz of Pearland, Jose Ignacio (Rosalinda) Ruiz of Alice, Raul (Nancy) Ruiz of Hebbronville, Rodolfo Ruiz of Hebbronville, Victor (Nora) Ruiz of Hebbronville and Javier Francisco Ruiz of Hebbronville, daughters Rosabel R. (Erinio) De Leon of San Antonio, Eliza R. (Dale) Bauman of Pleasanton, Maria San Juanita Ruiz of Hebbronville , 34 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.

Holy rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm Friday, June 29, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church; Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Saul Ruiz, Jason Moreno, Ruben Ruiz III, Kevin Ray Gonzalez, James Ruben Todd, Rodolfo Ruiz Jr., Valentin Castaneda, Jose Ignacio Ruiz Jr., Jose Ricardo Chavera and Joshua Ruiz.

Honorary pallbearers will be Zachary Ruiz, Dylan Ruiz, John Erik Ruiz, Victor Ruiz, Jr., Aurelio Ruiz and Mark Ruiz.
