San Juanita B. Marquez entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at a nursing home in San Diego, Texas at the age of 75. She was born on January 1st, 1951, to Pablo M. Benavides and Maria De Luz Garza Benavides in Premont, Texas.
Juanita had a heart full of love for her family, especially her grandchildren along with her nieces and nephews, because of that love she will always be remembered as the greatest mother, sister, grandma, and aunt that anyone could’ve asked for.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ricardo and Roberto Benavides, Joe and Santos Contreras; sisters, Glenda and Rosa Benavides.
Juanita leaves behind to cherish her memories; her son, Cleofas Molina; her brothers, David (Sammie) Benavides of Falfurrias, Texas, Henry Contreras of Corpus Christi, Texas; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
