Santitos G. Saenz peacefully entered into eternal rest in Kingsville, Texas on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the astonishing age of 105. She was born on August 8, 1915 to Victor Galindo Garza and Gregoria Vasquez Garza in Falfurrias, Texas. She married the love of her life, Lisandro Saenz, and together they raised three daughters in Falfurrias. She was not only a housewife but an Avon Representative and an amazing seamstress. Santitos was a very faithful member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She participated with the Catholic Daughters, helped with the upkeep of the church and would donate food items for any fundraisers. She prayed her rosary daily and would always lift her hands to show praise to the Lord. Santitos was also an outstanding cook and her family would rave about her enchiladas and calabaza con pollo. She was a caregiver to say the least. She was, above all, a superb mother world revolved around her three daughters.
Santitos was reunited in Heaven with her parents; her husband, Lisandro; daughter, Delia Saenz Nickerson; three sisters, Asuncion G. (Daniel) Villarreal, Leonor G. (Dr. R.K.) Brooks, Celia G. (Pedro, Sr.) Hinojosa; two brothers, Teodoro (Lisa) Garza, Ramiro Garza and nephew, Pete Hinojosa, Jr.
