Victoria V. Villarreal Zamora

Victoria Villarreal Zamora, 72, passed away Thursday December 23, 2010 at a hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. Victoria was born on April 27, 1938 to Jose Ramirez Villarreal and Dominga Abrego Villarreal in Encino, Texas. She was a dedicated and loving housewife and mother.

She is preceded in death by her parents; uncles; aunts and brother-in-laws.

She is survived by her husband, Alonzo G. Zamora Sr. of Concepcion, TX, three sons Alonzo G. (Amelia) Zamora Jr. of Concepcion, TX, Joe (Patricia) Zamora of Concepcion, TX and Gabriel (Maria Elma) of Kingsville, TX, one brother Joe Ramirez (Maria) Villarreal Jr. of Edinburg, TX, three sisters Rosa Morales of San Antonio, TX, Lydia Rivera of Alice, TX and Maria (Mel) Pratte of Kyle, TX, six grandchildren Victoria (Michael) Rivera, Joey and Lucas Zamora, Michael (Misty), Carlos and Anna Lisa Saldana and one future great grandson on the way Chi Rho- Rivera. Victoria also leaves behind a special friend Estella P. Garcia and many other friends who will all cherish the wonderful memories they shared with her.

Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Sunday December 26, 2010 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Falfurrias with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Monday December 27, 2010 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias.

Burial will follow at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
