Terri Shaw

Terri was born on April 1, 1953, in Flint, Michigan, to Donald and Elinor Burton. She grew up in Flushing and graduated from Flushing High School in 1971. She went on to dedicate her career to General Motors Chevrolet then moved to General Motors SPO, where she was known for her strong work ethic and commitment.

Terri will be remembered for her devotion to her family and her expressive personality. She poured her life into both her career and the people she loved most. Terri made a profession of faith before her passing, and she believed with assurance that God would welcome her home and reunite her with the loved ones who had gone before her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Kenneth Shaw, and her children: Timothy (Misty) Burton, Telina Ceslick, Daniel (Carla) Shaw, Laura (Dave) Baker, Kristen (Megan Keys) Shaw, and Aaron Shaw. Terri also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Jessica (Brandon) Smith, Lindsay Lamson, Jason Montgomery, Katrina Burton, ,Kaitlyn (Michael) Powell, Jacob Porter, Valerie Shaw, Tyler (Linsey) Montgomery, Melanie Montgomery, Nicholas Shaw, Tommas Shaw, Olivia Hockey, Elizabeth Burton, Evan Hockey, and Allen Baker, as well as her greatgrandchildren: Emmitt Smith, Maddison Lamson, Jamison Lamson, Ian Smith and Michael Powell. She is also survived by her siblings, Sharee Burton and Robin

Gager.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Elinor Burton, and siblings Gary (Linda) Burton and Connie (Sherwin) Williams.

Visitation for Terri will be held on September 30, 2025, from 10am-1pm, at Reigle Funeral Home, 5501 Pierson Rd, Flushing, MI 48433. The funeral service will directly follow the visitation starting at 1pm. She will be laid to rest at Montrose Cemetery, 9330 Vienna Rd, Montrose, MI 48457.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or North Flushing Baptist Church.

Terri’s love, laughter, and spirit will be deeply missed by all who know her.
