Joseph A. Mazzo, 96 of Westchester was born at his home in Chicago to the late James and Mary Mazzo and passed away peacefully on June 21, 2019. Joseph was the beloved husband of the late Helen T. Mazzo (nee Tischler); loving father of Ann (Mark) Fastert and Kathy (Jeff) Engelsman; proud Deda of Michael Fastert, Matthew (Meaghan) Fastert, Alison (Dan) Rimdzius, Christine (Patrick) Schaberg; great Deda of Bella Fastert; dear brother of the late Alfred Mazzo, the late Isabel Ebmeier, the late Victor Mazzo, and of his late twin brother William aka "Willy"; fond uncle of Judy, Janice, Kay, Nina, Jimmy, and Paul. Joseph was a World War II Navy veteran stationed in Galveston Texas before making his home in Westchester Illinois.
