Ashley is the wife of Alberto Ojeda; loving daughter to Richard and Linda Forkes, devoted mother to Payton; fond sister to Scott Keslin, Chris Keslin, Jessica Keslin, and Dillon Forkes; cherished Aunt Ashley to Steven DeGrato, Giovanni Keslin, Liliana Keslin, and Chrlotte Keslin, beloved niece to Carl Klimowicz and Selene Forkes; goddaughter to Charles Dvorak.
Ashley was a free spirit and lived life to the fullest. She was a loving mom, daughter, sister and loved all her friends dearly.
Visitation will be Friday September 20, 2019 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 11:00 am. Both at Woodlawn Funeral Home.
