She was born on January 14, 1935 in Shamokin, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Jane Bauer (nee Richie), and her loving husband Jon F. Seaks. She is survived by her son Andrew J. Seaks, and daughter-in-law Rita M, Seaks both of Forest Park, Illinois, and her nephews David Wildermuth of Ellicott City, Maryland, and Gary Wildermuth of Palm Coast, Florida.
Catherine was a proud registered nurse in Florida, California, New York and Pennsylvania with a long and distinguished career from 1954 - 1962.
A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, February 26th, 2023 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM, with a prayer service at 3:00 PM, at Woodlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, Illinois 60130.
