Channon C. Turner, 84, of Chicago, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday September 26, 2012. Mr. Turner was a resident of Maywood for over 50 years, and a former resident of Conway, Arkansas. He was the beloved husband of Iris for 63 years. Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 2, 10 AM to 1 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home 7750 W. Cermak Rd., Forest Park. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home at 1 PM, followed by the interment in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
