Delfina R. Guerrero, age 93, a longtime resident of Chicago, passed away June 1, 2012 at Rush University Medical Center. Mrs. Guerrero was from Pénjamo, Guanajuato Mexico; the daughter of Concepción Cano and Delfino Raya. On February 22, 1952 she married José A. Guerrero, who has preceded her in death. Delfina is survived by her children; Jose Guerrero and Concepción R. Montejano; as well as Grandchildren Cynthia Montejano, Elyse Montejano, and José Naranjo. A visitation will be held Tuesday June 5, 2012 from 2 PM until 8 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 W. Cermak Rd., Forest Park, IL. On Wednesday family and friends will meet at Holy Trinity Croatian Roman Catholic Church, 1850 S Throop St, Chicago, for an 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial. A graveside committal service will follow immediately after mass in Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 1400. S. Wolf Rd., Hillside, Illinois.
