Edward P. Dein

Edward P. Dein, age 78, Proud Air Force Veteran, formally from River Grove, IL. He passed away peacefully on August 11, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Joan Dein (nee Lyster). Loving step-father of Lynn (Richard) Kater, Lorelee (Tom) Bowen. Cherished grandfather of Timothy (Regina Thoeming) Kater and Kenneth (Kelli) Kater, Christina (Jonathan) Trapani, Sara (Luis) Uribe, and Andrea (Brandon) Lefebvre. Adored great-grandfather of Sienna and Chase Trapani, Adrian and Alexis Uribe, Savanna and Aria Lefebvre, Kyle Kater. Loving brother of Noreen Dein. He will be missed dearly by many family and friends.

A visitation for Edward will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL 60130. A prayer service will occur Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL 60130. A graveside service will occur Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL 60130.
