Eleanor A. McNerney, 68, of Forest Park passed away Sunday June 24 at her residence. She was born in Cumberland, MD in 1944 to the late Clara and Robert Teets. She is survived by her husband John McNerney, children Lisa (Felipe) Correa of Villa Park and John R. (Stacy) 1st. Sgt. U.S. Army currently serving in Germany. Grandchildren Andrew and Lauryn Correa and Sophia, Serilda, and Wolfgang McNerney. Her sister Ruth (the late Don) Ostwall and brother Robert L. (Audrey) Teets Jr. She was an administrator for Hines V.A. hospital for over 30 years and worked at the Ladies Workout Express in Forest Park. She was an avid reader and very devoted Grandmother. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 10 AM at Woodlawn Funeral Home 7750 W. Cermak Rd. Visitation Tuesday from 2 to 8 PM. Interment Elm Lawn Cemetery.
