

Eleuterio was born on April 22, 1942, in Tunguitiro, Michoacan, Mexico, to Alfonso Juarez and Guadalupe Ramirez. He grew up in El Tranzval, Michoacan, Mexico and later lived in Cicero, Illinois for 37 years. He worked as a landscaper and in maintenance at a savings & loan. He married Celestina Juarez in March 1961, and together they shared 65 years of marriage. They raised Gavino, Norma, Adrian, Maria, Froylan, Adan, Antonia and Sandra, and enjoyed spending quality family time together.
Eleuterio is remembered for humor and laughs. He enjoyed gardening, landscaping, cooking and cleaning. Along with playing poker cards with family and watching wrestling and one of his favorite shows Exatlon. Above all, he cherished time with family and friends.
Eleuterio is survived by his spouse Celestina, children Gavino (Veronica), Froylan (Araceli), Adan (Miriam), Antonia (Eduardo) and Sandra, 18 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 2 siblings Jose and Roberto. He was preceded in death by parents Alfonso and Guadalupe, children Norma, Adrian and Maria, grandchild Jesus and brothers Juana and Aureliano.
Visitation will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL 60130, US, on July 27, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Prayers will take place at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL 60130, US, on July 28, 2026, from 8:30 am to 9:00 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Anthony Catholic Church, 1510 S 49th Ct, Cicero, IL 60804, US, on July 28, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleums, 1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162, US, on July 28, 2026, from 11:20 am to 12:00 pm.
