Francisco Santiago III was born on November 17, 2006, in Chicago, Illinois, to Francisco Santiago Jr. and Erica Sanchez. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, and friend whose presence brought joy to everyone around him. Francisco had a passion for basketball and loved spending time with those he cared about most.

He shared a special bond with his Sister, Nevaeh, and treasured the memories they created together. Known for his sense of humor, kind heart, and caring nature, Francisco had a way of making people smile and feel welcome. His love, laughter, and unforgettable personality will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends.
