I got to know Frank when I bought a car from him some years ago he was super helpful then after that I would always see him around the neighborhood he would always stop and talk to me for a few minutes and I really appreciate that. I'm really glad that I had the chance to know him. sorry for your loss 

Can't believe I just heard about this. I worked with Frank back in the mid 70's and he was such a class act. My condolences to the Guiliano family.

I just heard about Frank.  He was a great guy and 2 weeks before his death he sent me an e-mail telling me that Kim (his wife) was the love of his life and also his best friend.  So very sad for everyone who knew him.
