Guadalupe Ortiz De Sotelo, age 62 of Lyons, Illinois passed away surrounded by her loved ones on September 10th, 2023. Beloved wife of Francisco J Sotelo ; Loving Mother of Francisco M Sotelo, Richard Sotelo, René Sotelo, Delia M Sotelo and Sandra Sotelo. Cherished Grandmother of Maximiliano, Lucio, Sophia, Alison and Iván.
Guadalupe was a natural caretaker, she took care of anyone who needed it. In her eyes she had more than 5 children, she would open up her home to anyone who felt alone, or just needed a place to call home. Guadalupe loved her grandchildren immensely, she always said they were her life. She loved nothing more than spending all her time with them, and helping raising them. Guadalupe was a kind, loving and caring mother. She will be missed dearly.
