Roger P Blasius Sr.

Roger Paul Blasius Sr., age 85 passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022.

Loving son of the late Arthur and the late Paula Blasius. Beloved husband of Margaret Blasius (nee Fischer). Loving father of Roger Jr. (Sandra), Kevin (Joy) and Brian (Julie). Cherished grandfather of Lindsey, Brendan, Lillia, Edward, Erica, Matthew and Justin.

Roger retired from the Northern Illinois Gas Company after over 40 years of dedication to his job. Roger was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing and loved sharing these experiences with his family.

Roger will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A visitation for Roger will be held Monday, October 24, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL. A funeral service will occur Monday, October 24, 2022 at 12:00pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL. A graveside service will occur Monday, October 24, 2022 at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 7750 W Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL.
