Rosa Hernandez Perez, age 69, from Cicero, IL, passed away on Sunday July 13, 2025. Beloved wife of Eduardo Ruiz. Loving mother to Claudia (Julio) Fuentes- Pena; cherished grandmother to Emilio Peña, Jessica Fuentes-Peña, Israel Peña. Loving sister to the late Martha Alicia (the late Jesus) Garcia and the late Enrique (the late Sharon) Hernandez Perez. Loving aunt to the late Jesse, the late David, Luis (Karla), and Angela; great aunt to Fabian.
She will be missed dearly by many family and friends.
Visitation Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL 60130. Chapel service in the funeral home Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 9:30am. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1400 S. Wolf Rd., Hillside, IL.
