Rosa Ramos-Sierra, age 70, resident of Cicero, passed away December 15th, 2016. Rosa was the beloved mother of Maria (Arthur) Casco; proud grandmother of Cecelia Casco; dear sister of Ofelia Ramos, Javier Ramos and the late Lorenzo Ramos.
