Andrew L. Herman Kendall, 46, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025. He was born on November 20, 1979. Andrew graduated from New Haven High School and later from Mid-America College of Funeral Service. He started his career working as a funeral director in Kentucky and later moved to the Fort Wayne area. He was most recently working as a guardian with Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana, and at Raising Cane's as a hobby job. Andrew was a member of the Pi Sigma Eta, a fraternity specifically for funeral service professionals and the mortician profession and was a Kentucky Colonel, awarded by the Commonwealth of Kentucky's governor. He was also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan and enjoyed spending time with his family in his free time. Surviving family include his wife, Nancy Herman Kendall; son, Jackson "Jackie Boy" Kendall; stepdaughter, Abigail Sefferick; sister, Lindsay (Dustin) Williams; and nieces and nephews, Salem, Elliot, Malania, Lincoln, Michael, and James. Family by invitation only, with friends and colleagues being welcome to share in a time of remembrance beginning at 7:00 pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne with visitation beginning at 4:00 pm.
