Ann Elizabeth (Omlor) Shoaf, 72, of Fort Wayne, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 9, 2015, at home. Born on February 18, 1943, in Decatur, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Leona Omlor Lose and retired from Arbor Glen Retirement Community in 2004.
She is survived by her daughter, Jodi M. (Jeff) Deiser; grandchildren Haley, Ian & Drew Deiser, all of Fort Wayne; brother, Richard G. “Dick” (Katy) Omlor; sister-in-law, Paula Omlor; and companion of 20 years, David Johnston. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Stephen C. Omlor; and step-father, William Lose
Mass of Christian Burial will be 1pm Thursday May 14, at St. Mary’s of the Assumption Catholic Church, 414 Madison Street, Decatur, Indiana 46733, with calling one hour prior at church parish hall. Calling will also be held from 4 to 8pm, on Wednesday May 13, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne. Inurnment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Decatur. Memorial donations may be given to Parkview Home Health and Hospice.
